GTV turnkey laser system with CladdOn control unit for wear- and corrosion-resistant coating of components for the power plant and oil industry as well as for a wide range of other industrial applications.

The flexible rotary tilt table can be loaded with components and used in the same way as a roller laser bench thanks to the sliding steady rest. The robot is installed on a fixed pedestal.

The components are up to 60 m in length and up to 10 m in diameter and the coating length is about 30 m. The entire spraying equipment is travelling along the component and can be moved after spraying.
