From the selection of the suitable coating process and the appropriate coating material as well as the development of the optimum application parameters to the subsequent analysis and evaluation - we are your competent partner!
Our research and development building, completed in 2020, now accommodates all of this under one roof.
LABORATORY, ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
In addition to a fully integrated plant park, our competence center also features a complete and highly modern laboratory with extensive analysis facilities to validate and optimize the results of parameter and coating development.
To guarantee optimum material and coating properties, we have a wide range of in-house equipment at our disposal. This includes:
Powder analysis:
- Cilas laser diffractomy
- Camsizer X50 particle analysis
- Sieve analysis using sieve tower
- Scott Flowmeter, Hall Flowmeter
Metallography:
