GTV turnkey laser system for coating of knives for the agricultural industry.
By using a 180° rotary indexing table the laser process can almost continuously process compact products in series. Larger components can then be processed on the GTV laser handling (GTV-WLB).
The compact GTV Laser control unit with integrated powder feeding unit "CladdOn" was developed for the fast and efficient entry into the field of laser cladding. Furthermore, it is possible to integrate the GTV "CladdOn" unit into already existing GTV thermal spraying coating systems.
The laser source is not integrated in the compact system, as is usually the case; instead, it is connected to a complete 5 kW laser source. The system is used for flexible coating of knives for the agricultural industry.
