MECHANICAL
WORKSHOP

ON THE SAFE SIDE
THANKS TO IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION

"Outsourcing" is a new German term for externalizing work that was previously carried out internally. In our eyes, however, this is absolutely the wrong approach if a company is committed to sustainability and job preservation.

As we manufacture the heart of a coating center - namely the TS system itself (exception: heat exchanger), a large part of our machine components, which are used in a large number of GTV components (torches, powder feeders, holders, fixtures, etc.) are also manufactured in our own mechanical production.

The "insourcing" started in 2015 with the takeover of two old machines (CNC milling and machining centers respectively) and one employee. Today, we are proud to have 5 employees running our large machine park. We are particularly proud of our DMU 40 Pro with PH 150 pallet handling, which enables automated overnight operation and can be equipped with long running parts. This gives us the opportunity to further optimize our production processes. Many of our processing machines come from DMG Mori, who have already ordered over 100 powder feeders from us for their Lasertec systems (additive manufacturing).

The production of mechanical key components for our equipment is done 100% in-house. This allows us to manufacture prototypes or time-critical spare parts flexibly and independently of suppliers.
