Safety of equipment is an important aspect at GTV. For operating
a flame plasma or HVOF equipment burnable gases are used which do
have a dangerous potential. In order to achieve maximum operating safeness GTV always applies all possibilities which modern security components can offer. The local separation of current and gases is an important aspect. While electrical components of the control (e.g. PLC, switches or relais) are mounted to the console or to a separate cabine, the gas flow control lines are installed into a separate box. |

| Further components of GTV safety standard are mass flow controllers in order to avoid flow meter tubes. Pressure sensors hooked to modern PLC control gas input pressures for correct operating pressure. Air purging avoids fuel gas concentration. Additionally gas sensors are installed which are lined to the PLC and/or to an alarm unit for maximum safety. | ||||
